Okay, well... if you weren't already "antsy" enough, I think you should know that v0.86 now has an Info Page too... with proper VU meters! See the screenshots for a piccy. I did it this afternoon... on a whim. I was aghast how easy it was. The graphics processing is currently quite CPU intensive, but as long as the Graphics Priority Switch (to be introduced in v0.86, to address lag on some hosts) is set to "Normal", this will NEVER interfere with any audio or system processes - it will only use spare CPU cycles. Those running a dodgy host (which unfortunately includes Tracktion) on a slower computer will probably want to use "High" Graphics Priority, and should therefore use the Info Page sparingly - though I do plan to optimise the graphics a little during Beta.

So, what else is done? Full stereo support, new filing system, numerous issues fixed, improved sync, Info Page, a number of IT functions added.

And, what's left to do? Saving with host, instrument model saving, MIDI Output, sync accuracy improvements, song variables (preferences) screen, a few minor features.

If this sounds like a lot still to do - it isn't! Each of these features shouldn't actually be too much work. The big hurdles are passed.
