There doesn't seem to be any way to audition samples prior to loading - is this the case or am I just missing something here?

The sample loading screen in reViSiT is provided by your VST host, rather than reViSiT itself, so it's currently up to them to provide you with sample preview features.

Because of this awkward dependency, and because IT's sample library was kinda handy, and because several people have asked for it; a sample library/preview feature of some sort is on the cards for future update.

Interesting. I supposed I never noticed this before because there's only one sample-based VSTi I use, and it's got a built-in audition feature. I'd agree this would be a very handy addition to reViSiT :-)
