Member Posts: 17 Location: Switzerland | Hi, I just started using the beta version for its standalone capabilities, and I want in a near future export what I made... I didn't found an option to do it... Is there a way to export module as a wav or mp3 format ?? (or other mudule format, like .xm, .it, etc...) The xml format is not recognized by modplugplayer for example... It's very important for me... If I want to put my tracks on the web, or burn an audio CD... Hope you can help me...

Then you'd simply use the audio export features of the DAW. Tempo changes are a bit more work in a DAW, as you'd have to change tempos twice: in reViSiT and in the tempo track of the DAW.* * check: in theory only once: in the DAW's tempo track, but changing at both places has playback syncing advantages in the DAW. Member Posts: 17 Location: Switzerland | Thanks 4 the reply... I will see it when I need it. I tried to use reViSiT as a plugin, but I don't understand how to do it... So, I prefer a native audio export... I hope it's for a next release soon...

Expert Posts: 512 Location: Netherlands | In which DAW did you try? Cubase should be easy enough really, got no experience with others though (like Sonar).

Member Posts: 17 Location: Switzerland | I used VSTHost... a free host... No sound (a configuration problem... I don't understand how a vst host works) And for Cubase, I don't have CHF 600 just to have an audio export function...

No audio is likely a host issue. In VSTHost, you may have to Start Engine, and choose an audio driver manually. ASIO is recommended - see ASIO4ALL if your soundcard doesn't come with one. Naturally, an export function is high on the list for Standalone mode. See the reply to your other post for details.
